The Results

With two games left in the season, both Joe Cronin and Pat Duncan lost them, Cronin hanging on to his one-game lead. Daubert and Figgins round out the top 4 with both Kingman and Delgado finishing strong to improve their records to at least .500. All six will see action in Round 5. For Burns and Radford, it looks to be the end of the road.

Season Highlights

  • Jake Daubert9 led all individuals with a .330 batting average as only 4 players managed to top .300. Of them, three were Dauberts.
  • Dave Kingman blasted 41 homers to lead the league with Kingman8 adding 40 dingers of his own. In one game in September, Kingman8 swatted 3 solo home runs while Kingman whiffed 5 times in 5 trips to the plate. On three separate occasions, Kingman blasted 3 hrs in a game, accounting for 9 of his 41. Carlos Delgado also had a 3 round-tripper game.
